Welcome to Cab'n on the Lake! Our brand-new home features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and gorgeous views of Lake Catherine. 10 minutes from downtown Hot Springs, Oaklawn Racing Casino, and Garven Gardens.

We offer a well-stocked, modern kitchen that includes a Keurig K-Duo Coffee Maker with coffee pods available. Enjoy your meals together around the dining table, granite countertop bar, or take it outside to grill while watching the game on our patio.

The floor plan offers 1 Master King Suite with views of Lake Catherine, 1 Guest Room with 2 queen beds and a Jack & Jill full bath that separates the kids bunk/game room. We have converted our garage into a cool hangout featuring a 70" TV, dartboard, and ping pong table.

Our outdoor space includes a boat dock, kayaks, canoe, paddle boat, firepit, hammock and games. The patio has a 70" TV, lounge area, grill, firepit, and games for your enjoyment.

One of the best places I ever stayed with Vrbo. The place is brand new, and didn't leave a single detail out. Fire place inside and outside, and a fire pit 70+ inch high end TV's in EVERY ROOM. Fast wifi, not that you need it, but makes for a great movie night on the water front back porch. Couches and fire pit with a huge TV, games and awesome "BlackStone" flat top grill. Dock with access to everything you can do in a stay. Bryan is a great host. Even the garage was fun!! ping pong giant connect 4 games another huge smart tv Kitchen had everything you could think of. Everything is Brand New. Fully stocked with new small and large appliances. The HIDDEN walk in pantry was genius Game room with tons of board games for the kids. Double bunk beds and a bathroom for each room They didn't want to leave the house to do anything else. Shower in the master is over sized, and like the rest of the place, thought out well. Bed was super comfortable record player , tv in MASTER----huge windows with water front view have automatic shades, open and close with a remote. Details in everything. I travel 9 months a year. I have every diamond/elite membership there is, stayed in 100+ vrbos. Endless first hand comparisons, This house was designed and built to a standard I don't see often, with practical and sensible materials. You won't want to leave.
